mr. drs. Gerard Vergouw graduated in 1997 at the Radboud University Nijmegen mastering Intellectual Property, Civil Law and Legal Anthropology
International Law:
In 1998, Vergouw graduated at the Rijks University Leiden mastering: Immigration Law, Law and policy in Developing countries, American Constitutional law, International relations, Human Rights Law and United Nations
Attorney at Law:
From 1998 until the present day Vergouw worked as an attorney at law in Apeldoorn, Aruba, Nijmegen, De Meern (Utrecht) and Arnhem. He handled case law in area's such as: Family Law, General Civil Law, Immigration Law, Criminal Law and Administrative Law.
UNHCR:
mr.drs. Vergouw worked part-time at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Costa Rica.
UNIPAZ:
Vergouw also gives yearly guest lectures at the United Nations mandated University for Peace Studies in Costa Rica.
